FYI to everyone looking for an alternative cap, The caps from 14oz Soylent bottles also fit perfectly with a tight seal.

Any way this could be done for coca-cola bottle caps (if they aren't already, as I've never seen a milk bottle cap before)?. I think soda bottle caps are the closer to a global standard we could get.

the coke bottle caps are almost half the size, so i think it might be too tricky to get anything out of the bottle. i might try it out at some point :)

Any idea if it's possible to print the cap? Milk caps in the states aren't threaded, I'm not sure what I would substitute.

14oz Soylent uses the same cap. I imagine lots of other meal-replacement drinks use a similar cap as well.

I'm sure it can be. The HDPE injection molded caps give it a really nice feel though. If you feel like cadding it up, here are the dimension of the cap in the photo: OD:40mm, Height: 15mm, ID:37.5mm, thread height: ~1.2mm, ~1.1 revolutions, thread pitch 4.5mm
