2x2x0.5 - Full Multipoint Rail - Pop-In Multibin Shell Extension

Only use Pop-In Extensions to extend the height of “Full Rail Multibin Shells”.

Pop-In Extensions use “Pop-In Extenders” to attach onto the Multibin Shell. Unlike “Click-In” Extensions, “Pop-In” Extensions don’t take up any space inside of the Bin.

Multipoint Rail Walls:

• This particular Extension has “Full” Rails - Only use Full Rail Bins if you know you are going to extend the height of your Bins in the future (using Pop-In Extenders). If not, then use the “Topped Rail” Extensions.

Dimensions:

This Bin Extension is 2x2x0.5 cells (100 mm long, 100 mm wide and 25 mm high). Stacking a 0.5 cell high Extension on a Bin will increase its height by 25 mm.

The internal distance between walls is 94x94 mm.

Printing Guidelines:

Use 3 perimeter wall thickness, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, and no supports. Apart from that, use your printers default settings.

The printing orientation is as provided in the file. Make sure the downloaded files are .STL.
