Brick by Brick, Holiday Cheer!

The Holiday season is getting longer every year, so it is beyond time to start decorating your home with festive 3D Prints! What better way to show off your Nerd-cred & decorate than a life size interlocking brick Christmas Wreath! Ok that name isn't catchy, how about “LEt'GO Holiday Wreath”, is that better? Yea, that is a better way to describe this Xmas decorating device.

A friend requested me to print them one of these, and I wanted to tweak the designs I found online, so I started over from scratch. Some measurements were pulled from one design so I'm call this a “Remix” of the design on Printables by Fuganater.

Design has “Leaves” that interlock into each other to form the Wreath, and “Studs” that can be printed in whatever color you like to decorate it. All of these parts press fit onto each other tightly enough to not come apart accidentally but still be able to be disassembled easily.

Assembled Wreath is approximately 10" (254mm) across. A larger version is coming soon. (Scaling can cause tolerance issues but you are welcome to do so as you see fit.)

NOTE: Proper tuning & extrusion accuracy is a requirement to produce a good fit. A Test print file is included to ensure you have good results before you start printing the full design. Print the Test Part & one of the “Studs” to check your fitment before diving into the full print!!

Recommended Print Settings: VERY IMPORANT

• 3 Perimeters
• 15% Infill
• NO Supports Required
• .2mm 1st Layer Height
• .28mm for ALL Other Layers
• ASA Filament Recommended if decorating outside or hanging in a window.

NOTE: This was designed with these exact print paremeters in mind. Using other layer heights may cause fitment issues, change at your own risk.
