THE BEST BELTING TOOLS AROUND!

These are tools for helping you to route Belts on your custom build 3d printer. Having trouble running belts on your RepRap Core-XY 3D printer? NO LONGER WITH THESE TOOLS!

Use: Route this flexible 3D print through your belt path. (ASA/ABS filament will bend and stay to shape nicely for a machine build.) You can roll and bend the print to help it get around pulleys, corners, posts, and screws. Once you have the tool around the area you need to route a belt, grip the belt against the face of the tool. Now slowly guide the tool & belt through the area. The tool should have just enough friction against the rubber of your belt to pull your belt through (with a little help as you push). This is the same method as using a Zip tie, but this is wide enough to not get stuck in the extrusion groove and will grip better to your belts. (The Zip tie method never worked well for me, THIS worked amazingly well!)

See it used repeatedly here in this RatRig V-Core 4 build: https://www.youtube.com/live/Ita9r3iYwKU?si=Rh-o4Pp528PmuAYq&t=7591

The design is ENTIRELY thanks to Helge Keck of the RatRig team who provided the idea, I'm just providing easy print files for your uses. NOT claiming this as my idea, I'm just giving you folks the files to quickly print off these tools.
