Let there be flow!

The Drop Effect NeXt-G is a compact, high-flow hotend for your 3D printer. Its official StealthBurner housing significantly reduces Z-axis build volume—but not anymore! This mount matches the length of a standard Stealthburner hotend assembly (actually 0.2mm shorter to improve part cooling airflow) while fully supporting the NeXt-G with the UHF extension.

To use this mount, clock the NeXt-G with the heater/thermistor wires facing forward and the kinematic mount screws aligned with the heater element. Alternative orientations are not supported.

Note: The stock M2.5x5mm screws included with the NeXt-G may not provide enough thread engagement. I recommend replacing them with M2.5x8mm countersunk screws for better mounting strength and compatibility with the printed part.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • .2 Layer Height
  • 4 Perimeters
  • 40% Infill
  • No Supports Required (but they help w/ the rear)
  • ASA / ABS Filament required
