Galileo 2 Hex Door for StealthBurner - BigTreeTech SB2209 SB2240
Galileo Loved Geometry... or something.
This is a remix of my own design, the “Hex Cable Door for BigTreeTech SB2240 / 2209 StealthBurner PCB”, designed to fit a Voron StealthBurner with a Galileo 2 AND a BTT SB2209 CAN Board. It will fit without the PCB as well of course.
Galileo 2 is a planetary gear drive extruder system designed to create smooth and accurate extrusion force for high quality printing. You can find the G2E extruder design on Github, here: https://github.com/JaredC01/Galileo2

Hi. Can you make it printable with 0.6 nozzle? There is a hole in the place that was reinforced in later Galileo 2 version of the cable door. Exactly in the middle of the central bottom blind hex (in print orientation). Prusa Slicer measurement tool shows there's only 0.513 mm of material there. Almost, almost enough for it to print. Alternatively, making this hex open should do the trick all right.
