Shed some light on your EVA

This is a EVA 2.4 Toolhead add-on that I designed for my Mercury One.1 build. It is a fan shroud that cleans up the front of the toolhead (aesthetics) and adds 2 LEDs pointed at the Nozzle area of the toolhead. This is the same concept as the nozzle LEDs on a Voron StealthBurner (it uses the same LED chips too).

NOTE: This is intended for use with 40x20mm fans. It will not fit a 40x10mm fan w/o a spacer (included file) or modifying the design (but LED angle won't be correct then). This has ONLY been tested on my personal Mercury One.1 build with an EVA 2.4 toolhead. Fitment on EVA 3 or any other configuration is up to your testing.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • .2 Layer Height On All Layers
  • 3 Perimeters
  • 25% Infill
  • No Supports Required
  • ASA/ABS Filament recommeneded.
