A printed spiral pinwheel that spins and shimmers in the wind! The download includes versions for a spinner with or without bearings (spins much easier with bearings). The swivel mounts onto an 8mm wooden stick.

You can print with 0% infill for a lightweight pinwheel, or 100% for a more robust one. Both should spin alright in a gentle breeze.

Since these are for outdoor use, it's probably best to print with ASA or PETG for longer lifespan, as well as using Ceramic Bearings that perform well and won't rust. PLA actually has decent UV resistance, but may deform in hot weather.

This download comes with the single color as well as dual material versions of the pinwheel. The dual ones are labeled A & B, to be combined in your slicer.
