The 40K Bolt Pistol is here! This model was inspired by both the Darktide game version as well as the original plastic mini bit! This model comes packed with features including removable magazine w/ bullets, working magazine ejector, squeezable trigger, and locking/spring loaded charging handle!
Trigger spring is printable and sturdy enough that you shouldn't have to worry about it breaking but you can substitute a small compression spring to your liking.
The charging handle takes either a 2 3/16 L X 1/2 OD x .062WG spring (softer) (see photo a) OR a 3-3/8L x 3/4OD x .047WG (heavier) (See photo b) spring. Both springs are available at ACE hardware or similar for around $2 however you may find a different suitable replacement.
All parts and tolerances have been tested multiple times to ensure a proper fit once assembled.
Barrel comes with 3 different plugs. One is a blank meant to hold one single bullet. One has a small opening in case anyone wanted to put a light inside which has space inside the inner plug, and one is just a flat blank plug to cover everything.
Assembly should be pretty straight forward, make sure the magazine release doesn't get glued to the magazine or else you wont be able to get any action from it. The charging handle will fit perfectly inside with enough wiggle room to push the spring back and lock everything into place.
