Revenge of the Sith Darth Vader Helmet - 3D Print Files

3D Print Files in STL format of Darth Vader's iconic helmet from Revenge of the Sith

The regular helmet also includes 2 version of the faceplates: one for vacuum formed eye lenses and one for flat lenses. For a proper Revenge of the Sith Vader you'll want to use the flat lenses. Use the lens cutout template in conjunction with the flat lens faceplate and ridge system to hold the lenses in place easily!

Some additional materials will be necessary to complete the helmet. You'll need 3/4" width elastic bands to connect the face and neck together - use the modeled ridges as guides! You'll also need two 1.25" diameter magnets to connect the dome to the top of the head. The mesh behind the top respirator and ventilator is also included as a file but should be some kind of black fabric for total accuracy.

All the vents on the main faceplate are numbered and feature flat bottoms to easily fit on a printer build plate (it does mean they stick out a little on the inside though). These are often removed in favor of actual vents and fans though.

As with the other helmet projects, the files include: -Bambu Studio Project and GCODE files -Assembled version -Filled and solid version for mini printing -Pre-Separated versions -Pre-cut parts for smaller printers

Default scaled to fit 24.5" circumference heads. I would not recommend altering the scale very much since the magnets holes require a specific size to work properly.
