Tetherball for your desk!
I released desktop tetherball last week. This is my best 1v1 desktop game so far. The game is super fun to play. It has two gear mechanisms that allow you to face off and play a game of tetherball.
The pole collapses to protect the more fragile components at the top and both mechanisms snap into the base for easy assembly. The mechanism is also a super fun fidget and it reminded me of a lego set when I was putting all the pieces together.
The rules of tetherball are simple, one player “serves” first which can be determined by coin toss or rock paper scissors. Once the ball starts spinning either play can hit it as it passes by their hand. The game ends when one of the players wraps the string completely around the pole. (one player tries to wrap the ball clockwise and the other tries to wrap the ball counter clockwise.
