0.42 walls.

3 walls minimum.

Infill 25% gyroid

120mm/s wall print speed (slower if your filament specifies)

Support only around the teeth.

No brim unless you have poor adhesion to the plate.

Resize no lower then 177mm wide.

Silk is best to avoid if you intend to use the flexi-fit snap together function due to silks brittle quality.

Printed myself & tested in over 8 different filaments & brims without a single issue, but any problems just ask and I'll be happy to help.

Carefully flex the joins to release if too tight when removing from the build plate.
