I made a Clutch alignment tool derived from Jag's.

I was about to design it all in SW but your file helped me save a lot of time. Instead i only added a couple aesthetics and a bevel for easier insertion.

About the dimensions.

I do not share the scad file because i want you to get it at Jag's place. Just set the values above.
I made mine very tight fit but i knew i could pull it off on my Prusa. If you can't you can still download the original scad file and lower the values.
About printing, you don't want the part to snap inside the flywheel. Because perimeter makes for most of the part strength, i chose to have 4 perimeters. Don't bother with support or too much infill.
Maybe have a brim if you don't trust your bed. I certainly had one !
