Demon Slayer Tanjiro Mask for Decor or Cosplay.
3D printing settings used: Bambu Slicer 0.16mm standard setting Size: 175 x 97 x 247 mmm Suggestion: I print the mask standing up so the layer lines end up at the bottom vs if you lay it flat with supports on the inside of the mask (you'll have layer lines on the middle of the forehead and middle of cheeks which will be visible when worn).
For the eyes I paused my print midway (see photo or use 3mf file) and added tulle fabric and resumed the print, this way the tulle was imbedded in the eye print.
The mouth sparse infill is set to 30% so it doesn't bend/break when removing supports.
The cheek's sparse infill is set to 20% so it doesn't bend/break when removing supports.
Everything else is set to an 8% sparse infill.
The top of the pupils have a concentric top surface pattern so it follows the geometry's circular pattern.
If you use the 3mf file for bambu all settings and orientations are already set.
