Wind Spinner Balloon - Printed in Nebula Multicolor.  This model is what pushed me over the edge and inspired me to purchase a 3D printer.  The print turned out great.  Had to scale it to 95% because of the height.   - 3d model

This model looks like a balloon but its actually a Wind Spinner. It prints all as one piece without supports. I used helper disc’s(brim), to make sure I had enough bed adhesion. I did not use z-hop but that might help keep the fins stable while printing if you have this issue. Your printer will also need to ability to make a 1” bridge. The model as downloaded is 232mm tall but I’ve printed it at 200mm and 300mm, I’m sure you could go taller or shorter than that.

I used these Ball Bearing Swivels(aff) to allow it to spin better.

Printed on the Muldex rep-rap IDEX printer with [Eryone Matte Dual Color PLA. FYI… its PLA so keep out of the sun/heat.
