Hextraction Necromancer tile

This tile is to go along side the angel tiles as it is within the same theme. As the tile says when destroyed this will bring back the most recently destroyed tile previous to this tile being destroyed and it will take its place, could be good could be bad. If multiple have been removed at once i.e. bomb tile went off, just pick which one you want to take its place.
