The 3MF file has the swaps already loaded and also includes a modifier which slows down the first 11 layers to achieve a nice uniform background. It adds some time to the print, so if that is an issue for you, just delete the modifier or use the attached STL file instead. To further reduce printing time, you can reduce Wall Loops to zero, which shaves a whopping 4 hours. This particular print (pictured), was created using zero wall loops.

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm. The Model is 233x233mm in size. The Depth is 5mm. This print uses 9 unique filaments
