The three trees in each cluster are joined, allowing the cluster to stand on its own. When printed at scale, the tips of the needles are 0.5mm in diameter. These models are designed for resin printing. Position the model with the top of the trees oriented to the build plate. Generate main supports to the tip of each tree, and a few smaller supports further down the tree to prevent side-to-side movement during printing.

I designed the millennium falcon to be printed and assembled without the need for support by dividing the shape inspired by pizza slices.
And above all, we created the maximum possible detail that can be expressed with a 0.4mm nozzle. And detailed shapes that cannot be expressed with a 0.4mm nozzle are omitted.

Each part is engraved with an alphabet so customers don't get confused when assembling it. If you look at this and fit it, you can fit the parts into the correct position.
Depending on the condition of the printer, parts may be loose. In this case, please use adhesive to attach it.

Additionally, we plan to design a stand to display the millennium falcons nicely. We look forward to seeing many of you.

- You can paint and submit any of [Printed Obsession’s models found on Thangs 3D.](https://thangs.com/designer/printedobsession)
- Minis must be printed at a maximum of 120% of its original size (20% increase) or less.
- All models - obviously - must be painted by yourself; otherwise, you will be disqualified.
- You can submit multiple entries to the contest—as many as you can paint.
- You are allowed to make busts out of models, but they can’t be modified or kitbashed either digitally or physically in any other way.
- Bases/dioramas can be customized but won't be decisive to win.
You can't include content from other Patreons or creators (only by yourself or PO).
- Photos can't be edited by any kind of software or be post-processed.
- You can do minor tweaks like saturation, levels, etc., to convert the .raw format file.
- You can't overpaint or edit certain parts of the picture to fix mistakes.

- The final photos must be attached to the email in .jpg (jpeg), max size: 2 MB.
- Photo quality counts, so make sure to capture your minis’ “good side”.
- Send at least 3 photos from different angles.
- We recommend using gray background to facilitate the evaluation.
- Low-quality photos will make evaluation very difficult, so deficient-quality images or those that don't meet the requirements will not be evaluated.

If you were asked to choose one of the most loved game characters, many people would probably choose Pikachu from Pokemon. That is why so many of them are made for 3D printing. However, it is difficult to express the characteristics of hand-drawn animation and early game graphics in three dimensions. Therefore, although there are many Pikachus designed for 3D printing, 3D printed Pikachu often does not reflect the original form well as a movable form.
So this time, I designed it so that it could move but still reflect the characteristics of the original painting.

We designed it so that as many parts as possible, including ears, head, arms, legs, and tail, could move, while trying to reflect the feel of 2D animation and drawing as much as possible.

Although there are some regrets, I think the design has been completed in a way that is close to the original intention.

 

It has few parts and is very easy to make, but there are a few caveats.
1. The tail is divided into two parts. When attaching them, please pay attention to the shape before attaching them. Otherwise, it may end up being reversed.
2. The support inside the head must be cut, removed and assembled.
3. The left and right pupils are different, so you need to pay attention to the angle before attaching them.
4. The left and right sides of the ball are different, so check carefully before attaching.

This time, I felt once again that designing 2D into 3D is very difficult, and I hope that this effort will lead to a positive response from many makers who love Pokemon.

ATAT stands for All Terrain Armored Transport and first appeared in the Star Wars .

The characteristics of ATAT designed this time are first of all,
1) Almost every detail is described. It has described more detail than any ATAT produced by 3D printing so far.
2) Using the print-in-place and folding structure, almost all movements were implemented with just a few printings.

How to make after printing is as follows.
1. Rotate and attach the neck to the connected lower body.
※ Caution※ If the neck is not attached to the lower body first, the upper body cannot be properly connected later.
2. Put the upper body on the lower body. At this time, use the elasticity to slightly open and fit. Then, attach the side parts to the upper body with adhesive.
3. Push the head and put it on the neck.
4. Fold the ankle and attach it to the leg with adhesive.
5. Push the foot and put it on the leg.
6. Glue the 4 legs prepared in this way to the body.

Since the legs and neck can move in multiple angles, it is possible to create a scene in the movie.
