Keep one bag on your dog so you never get caught empty handed. CollarPod is a compact, single-piece flexible bag holder that clips directly onto your dog's collar so a bag is always there when you need it - even on those walks where you forgot your jacket, your bags, or just your brain.

Designed to be as discrete as possible, CollarPod 17 fits 5/8 inch collar bands and stays put through fetch, swimming, running, and everything else your dog throws at it. A small viewing window lets you confirm at a glance that a bag is loaded and ready. Need to carry more bags? Use multiple CollarPods on the same collar - one per bag.

NOTE - This is the newest and smallest variant in the CollarPod family and has not yet been field tested. If you print and use one please leave a comment and let me know how it works for you - your feedback helps make the design better for everyone. The photo on the title image shows a larger CollarPod 40 on the dog's collar as the 17mm variant was not available at the time of photography.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

This listing includes the CollarPod 17 which fits 5/8 inch (17mm) wide collar bands of varying thicknesses.

HOW IT WORKS

01 - Clip the CollarPod onto the collar by flexing the clip arms over the band. The TPU flexibility makes this easy without needing to remove the collar or slide past the clasp.

02 - Fold a standard poop bag tightly - lengthwise 4 times, then once across. Keep air out to get the most compact fold possible.

03 - Close the lid and press until the side tabs click into the slots. CollarPod is designed to be firm to open so it does not accidentally pop open during normal dog activity. This is intentional - your bag needs to be there when you need it.

04 - Check the viewing window before each walk. Green bag visible means you are ready to go.

To open when needed - squeeze both sides firmly and the lid will pop open.

Material - TPU 95A or similar (Bambu TPU for AMS works well) Nozzle - 0.4mm Layer Height - 0.2mm Line Width - 0.4mm Walls - 4 (1.6mm) Top/Bottom - 5 (1.0mm) Detect Thin Walls - On Wall Generator - Arachne Infill - 40% Cubic Brim/Raft - No Support - None required Print Orientation - As per included STL/3MF files

Print on a single direct-feed spool setup for best TPU results. Hinge area prints flat on the bed for optimal layer orientation and flex life.

COMPATIBILITY

CollarPod 17 fits 5/8 inch (17mm) wide collar bands of varying thicknesses. This size is suited to smaller dogs and cats with narrow collar bands.

Measure your collar band width before printing. For 1 inch collars see the CollarPod 26 listing. For 1.5 inch collars see the CollarPod 40 listing.

Not currently designed for round cord collars, martingales, or harness straps - stay tuned for future variants.
