This version of GearBin™, which I have created at the request of many users, has an open frame allowing you to see the gears and push mechanism. Otherwise, the GearBin is and functions the same. The internal parts are all the same as the original GearBin.

The housing of this Open Frame Edition can be used in 2 ways as follows:

With the front and sides open (no covering). In this scenario, an additional part is required to retain the push-push mechanism’s indexing arm which was previously contained by the front housing.
With the front and sides covered with clear or translucent panels. I have included printable panels which (in my experience) are translucent but because the gears sit right up next to the panels they are relatively visible. Or you could use the panel STLs to fabricate the panels in a clear material.
