I needed new watertight gasket for my 2016 Indian Roadmaster saddlebag speakers, but I couldn´t find a suitable replacement part in Brazil (and importing a set from the USA would take forever and cost too much) so I designed this gasket.
It can be used as a gasket (if printed with flexible filament, adjust walls and infill according to your "squishness" needs) or as a spacer (using rigid filament such as PETG/ABS/ASA and ajusting the part thickness to your needs directly in the slicer).
The Indian uses a 5-bolt pattern on its speaker grilles, but this was designed for any 6-inch speaker on the market, fitting 6-inch speakers with 4, 5, 6 or 8-hole patterns whatsoever.
I would add the FreeCAD file for anyone wanting to adjust the design to their own needs but unfortunately Thangs does not accept FCStd files.
