This is 3D stereoscopic camera rig designed for the Akaso EK7000 action camera, but would probably suit other action cameras of a similar size with GoPro style mounts. The "frame" part is printed in two identical parts, one is installed upside down and screwed to the other with two M4 screws. This allows a small amount of vertical adjustment (+/-2mm) to ensure the camera lenses are level with each other.
This is designed to put the camera lenses 60mm apart. To achieve this, and to allow the buttons to be accessed, one of the cameras is mounted upside down.
There's an optional "shoe" which can be screwed to the base with M4 screws and provides a GoPro style attachment for use with tripods etc.
Other hardware needed:
- M4 x 16mm countersunk screws (for the frame)
- M4 x 20mm screw (for the shoe)
- M4 nuts for above
- Optional: M5 x 50mm screw for the thumbscrews
- M5 nut for thumbscrew
