This design is for a quick-reset blind-maze/labyrinth geocache. It uses magnet to create 'spring-loaded' locking pins. The maze design is repeated three times to share the force out onto three locking pins. All three locking pins are required to centre the maze part and to make sure the pins can't go up the reset channel, only down.
For this cache you will require the following not printed parts:
~1.5 kg Filament 6 x M3 x 12 mm Bolts (I used Socket Caps) 6 x N42 Neodymium Magnets, 6 mm x 1.5 mm, (I used ones that had dimples on the north pole which made it far easier to know polarity)
Magnets need to be stuck into the locking pins and magnet caps with the similar polarities opposite each other so they repel.
There is a test print section to test the tolerances before starting the main outer body.
The completed cache require the following parts to printed: 1 x Maze 1 x Outer 1 x Lid 3 x Locking Pins 3 x Magnet Caps
