This is obviously a very simple print so not much that is needed to say. The tips need to be quite smooth and sharp to pass through the hair easily. You may need to sand the tips to get them as smooth as possible. I lightly sanded them and then torched them gently to get them completely smooth.
100% printed - no hardware, fasteners, or adhesives required. No additional support is required.
Material: I choose to use PETG for its durability and flexibility but a stiffer material might be better.
My Setup: Nozzle = 0.4mm
My Settings: Layer height = 0.2mm Line width = 0.4mm Wall count = 4 (1.6mm) Infill = 40%, I tried 100% to increase the stiffness but that made them feel too heavy. So I recommend 40% or less.
Support: Designed to print without support.
Print Orientation: Laying flat.
