Dani's Indoor Grow Towers

Hey folks! I got some questions about this project that made me realize that it's not as obvious what these towers are or how to use them if you aren't already immersed in the world of hydroponics. One of my aims is to get people who haven't done hydroponics before to start practicing it and using it to grow food at home, so I figured I'd add some explanation to the readme. Feel free to report problems, make suggestions, or open pull requests at the project repository on GitHub! :)
