Updated Marsgizmo Filament Bunker v3 - Cylinder 2 Rev 2 with Lip, Guard

I modified the Cylinder 2 of marsgizmo's great Filament Bunker V3, adding a lip that guards the filament roll which tends to slip of the original roll.
