This is the Piston Cup from Cars. This model is splitted, rotated for optimal printing and lowest amount of supports needed.
The rod and 2 wings need a little but of support, as shown in the picture below.
I recommend hand painting the supports onto the model and use Slim tree supports. If you have a bed slinger a brim is usually helpful.
The tallest part is ~ 152 mm. I printed this with 2 perimeters, 15 % infill and the model takes around 275 g of filament (total without flush).
Paint the piston in the according color or if you have a Bambu Printer, I included the .3mf for the project. I recommend using a Silk Gold Color. I used Bambu Lab Silk Gold: https://shrsl.com/4eafw (Aff. Link)
Assembly is pretty straight forward, parts should be glued together (e.g. super glue) but have a slight press fit connection.
