Introducing my second stained glass model. This time I took inspiration from the epic Star Trek franchise.

The starship Enterprise is more than just a vessel; it's an icon of exploration, adventure, and the boundless potential of humanity. With its sleek design and advanced technology, the Enterprise serves as a beacon of hope as it boldly goes where no one has gone before. From the original NCC-1701 represents the pinnacle of human ingenuity and cooperation. It's not just a ship—it's a symbol of the human spirit reaching for the stars, inspiring generations with its message of unity, discovery, and the endless quest for knowledge.

The filaments I've used are all Bambu Lab filaments. The parts that resemble the stained glass are printed in Translucent PETG Light Blue, Pink, and Grey. Only the white parts are printed in a PETG that's not part of the translucent filament line. Those are printed in Basic PETG Transparent. The part that carries the hull number has black lettering, this is done using color change on layer to the filament Basic PETG Black.

The front and back frame are both printed in Basic PETG Black. All the other parts are all printed in Basic PLA. The box, lid and led panel or led strip holder are printed in the color black, the diffuser is printed in the color white.

The box and the lid have little compartments where you can glue in magnets (width 6mm & height 3mm) but this is optional and not needed to keep the lid on the box.
