Halloween in Layers - Horror Legends: Jason Voorhees
The seventh figure steps out of the shadows, silent and relentless.
This version of Jason captures the cold menace of the masked slasher through sharp contrasts and layered depth. Each piece builds up the familiar hockey mask, heavy jacket, and machete, creating a clean yet intimidating profile that feels ready to move at any moment.
I used a mix of light and dark greys, off-white, and dark blue to give the piece weight without overpowering detail. The smooth finish of the mask contrasts perfectly with the darker textures of the background and clothing, making the whole design feel balanced and brooding.
Tips for Makers:
- Use matte or satin greys for the mask to avoid reflections and keep it eerie.
- Try metallic or silk silver for the machete to make it subtly stand out.
- A matte black background keeps the focus on the mask and weapon.
