Fallout Mini Nuke - Lamp
If you have spent any time wandering the Wasteland, you already know this shape.
The Mini Nuke is one of the most iconic pieces of weaponry in the Fallout universe. Designed as compact nuclear ammunition for the Fat Man launcher, it became a symbol of the series’ retro-futuristic world. Heavy, industrial, slightly absurd, and completely committed to that 1950s vision of the future.
This lamp is a tribute to that design language.
From Weapon to Wasteland Decor
Instead of launching it across the Commonwealth, this version glows.
The goal was to stay faithful to the original silhouette:
- The rounded warhead tip
- The thick segmented body
- The bold riveted banding
- The unmistakable front triangle marking
- Chunky stabilizing fins
Both the top dome and the mid-band are printed in translucent material. The red dome gives the lamp its warning-beacon look, while the translucent mid-band and front triangle window let the internal light spill through like a contained nuclear core.
When the lights go down, it feels like a live Mini Nuke fresh out of a Vault-Tec lab.
A Piece of Fallout History
Fallout’s design philosophy blends Cold War anxiety with optimistic retro-futurism. The Mini Nuke captures that perfectly. It is both ridiculous and intimidating. It feels like something that could only exist in that universe.
Turning it into a lamp keeps that iconic silhouette alive in a way that is safe, functional, and perfect for:
- Game rooms
- Desk setups
- Display shelves
- Collector spaces
