I designed this pulley wheel for a cosplay prop, so I don't know, if it would be suitable for real use (I doubt it, since it is printed in two parts).

It's based on the bow Arrow uses in season 5 of the show.

For one wheel you need to print both files. I split the wheel in half to make it easier to print.

The middle hole is scaled, so that a 4mm rod can fit into it and the wheel is able to spin.

After printing, just glue the two pieces together and make sure the holes are aligned properly.
