Cold Storage (Cards, Watch display, Generic storage)
Consider following me on Instagram (@SMACKMAX_). I try to post all of my prints, renders, and animations to build a portfolio of my projects, often in advance of publishing the models. This way, you can get a sneak peek of what's coming next! https://www.instagram.com/smackmax_/
Ah, yes. It's been a while since I released a storage contraption, so here is a super niche one, haha.
I present to you a solution for the cards that didn't make the cut when you filled up Wallie. You were probably wondering where to put them, right? I've got you covered with Cold Card Storage! I burned quite a few hours in CAD for this one.
It sports the following features:
Included tabs to keep track of your cards Can be used as a generic storage box Can be turned into a watch display box (uses the magnetic watch carriers from my big watch display box). You will need longer bolts to connect the handle to the insert, and print the insert.
*Part of the premium library.
Notes for printing: Only the knob and the handle need support
Filament used: Prusament PLA galaxy Black, Bambu PLA grey and Fiberlogy Copper Hardware needed:

Imagine this with me: someone moves into an empty house, sets up their 3D printer and some plastic spools, and is able to fill all their basic needs with my library. Instead of having to buy and gather all those items separately, they can print them at home.
I highly believe in the future of 3D printing in this regard. I dream of a world where we dont have all the items shipped too us, but instead we browse online libraries and hit print. This might be the future of online shopping in x amount of years.
If you enjoy my style and would like to support the creative process,I invite you to declare 'The war on boring and mundane designs' together by joining my Printables club(with exclusive models) and supporting the development of the library! There's even an option to become a commercial R&D partner! Dont fancy a subscribtion based contribution?
