ABS/ASA Mitigating Warping - Bambu Studio

I'm sure by now we all know that Bambu Lab make some very powerful machines. They print as hassle-free, quick and high-quality as you can pretty much ask for at this point in time. Having said that, they are not without their shortfalls. As you can probably guess, ShapeMaven discovered one such shortfall.

These machines advertise capability to print engineering grade materials, and they're certainly not wrong, but that's not the end of the story. For ABS and ASA in particular, Bambu Lab machines print these beautifully! If you're lucky enough to be in a fairly optimal climate... If not, these materials can give us enthusiasts endless headaches! Most anyone who has tried printing these materials will know why: warping.

Not taking no for an answer, ShapeMaven embarked on a journey to absolutely optimise our P1S machine to print ASA (and consequently ABS) beautifully with zero, yes that's zero, warping every single time, even in sub-zero degree climates!

The link below takes you to an article, free for everyone to view, that describes the efforts ShapeMaven has deployed to eliminate warping, as well as a few additional recommendations for everyone to choose from!
