Mini dumb waiter for bunk bed

Trying to make a mini dumb waiter for the side of a bunk bed to carry up plastic cups of water etc. Dumb waiter itself will be connected to 3 strings(one connecting to each little poking out bit),which go all the way up and connect to rotors that are connected to a motor, to a raspberry pi pico microcontroller and 2 buttons, telling it to go up or down Please help and try to give advice and change the files
