A cookie cutter for the german "Zimtsterne". It is star-shaped and has a hinge to release the cookies without touching the glazed top.

Print in the default orientation with normal supports. Make sure that the supports only touch the build plate so that there are no supports in the hinge part. Use a spare piece of 1.75 mm filament as a hinge.
