EZPZ Pegboard Hook // 20mm Hook Type B - I know the use case here is an odd one and is not permanent, just thought it would be comical.

In all honesty, I have printed (and used) a ton of different pegboard models/hooks and none of them really fit without "digging" the holes open further. These fit without any force nor modification of the pegboard hole! Prior to this picture, I took these two hooks in and out probably 10 times without damage to the pegboard nor the hook.

These were printed with PETG, .03 layer height and just adjusted the walls/perimeters until the model was %100 full. - 3d model

An excellent hook for all your pegboarding needs! This EZPZ pegboard hook prints quickly without supports, and features a unique clipping system that snaps onto your pegboard so it won't accidentally fall out, but it can also be removed in a non-destructive manner!

This particular hook has a 20mm depth and a shallow angle. You can check out my other hooks for different sizes, or leave a comment to request something specific!

Printing Guidelines

Print solid. That's it!

The footprint is quite small, so make sure you have a well leveled build plate and good adhesion. You may need to slow down your first layer speed or even add a brim if you're having trouble getting the prints to stay down.

Operating Instructions

These are designed for standard pegboards with 0.25" holes spaced 1" apart, and roughly 0.25" thick.

To install, first insert the top peg, then pop in the bottom clip. You can press the clip from below while inserting if you have a fragile pegboard.

To remove, just to the reverse, pressing from below so the clip can be removed. You can use a flathead screwdriver to press the clip up further, especially if you have a fragile pegboard.

Photographed model was printed with MatterHackers PRO Series PLA
