If you're like me, you consider your digital caliper one of the most essential tools in 3D printing design and beyond. This simple clip on adaptor extends the abilities of your trusty tool, making it possible to measure undercuts and other geometries that are usually impossible to access.

Print solid using PLA or any stiff filament. The adaptor is designed to clip onto the standard external jaws of your digital caliper with a notch at 1.125"/29mm and thickness .125"/4mm. *

Download includes several versions for maximum depths of 10mm,25mm,35mm, and 50mm, and can be used on one or both jaws, depending on your requirements. Simply zero the caliper with the adaptors on and measure away!

The adaptor is designed to be a solid, tight fit! The safest way to remove it is to use a flathead screwdriver to open up the slot on the bottom, to release the tab that clips into place.
