This is designed with a press fit tolerance in mind for the Google Mini. It's a pretty tight fit so line up the Mini as well as possible(with the micro usb connection at the placement of the hole in the model) and push straight in. To get the mini back out I just kind of drop the part with the mini in it upside down on the table a couple times from a couple inches high. Kinda crude but my other design involved screws/inserts to hold it and I didn't feel like ordering those. There is a flat spot on the models edge. This is meant to line up with the lip of the body after you put the front plate on to make lining up the large circles much cleaner. Version 2 will have flat spots 90 degrees apart from current one to make lining up even easier.
