**Obi-Wan’s Print-N-Place Collapsible Lightsaber** This Lightsaber is designed to be printed all as one part as a single Print-in-Place assembly containing both the saber and the blade. It only prints 217mm tall but extends to over 950mm long after printing. When printing use a .4mm nozzle and set the line width to .43 so the blades are two shell thick. Before printing the blade assembly make sure perform the test print found [here]( https://thangs.com/3dprintingworld/Sword-Saber%20Test%20Print-23601) This print is sensitive to the layer seam and extruder calibration, it’s a good idea to make sure your setting are tuned so the blades don’t fuse. The test print is a total of 24mm high so I change; retraction, cost, wipe, extra restart, z-hop, ext.. settings every 8mm.
