I’ve been thinking on this type of spinner for almost a year (I’ve had a prototype on my desk that I play with all the time).
The basic mechanics of how it works is the chrome steel ball (which is magnetic) sits on the magnet in the wrapper base and spins easily while also staying attracted to it.
Each fidget requires a 10mm Chrome Steel Balls and 8x3 Neodymium Magnet. Make sure to use a Chrome Steel not a Stainless Steel ball.
Stainless steel balls are not magnetic (or they can be lightly magnetic), if you use these the peppermint candy tends to fly off the wrapper base when you spin it.
