We’re thrilled to kick things off here on Thangs and can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on for the coming months!
I’m Alexis, an engineer since 2013 and the designer behind 3DPONTO. I’ve loved breaking things apart and putting them back together since I was a kid—always curious about how they worked. During university, I began sketching ideas for life-improving gadgets, but it wasn’t until a decade later that I discovered the magic of 3D printing. The ability to turn any idea to life with 3D printing has been truly liberating, and I hope to inspire other aspiring engineers and creators to experiment with this amazing technology.
At 3DPONTO, our goal is to launch new models every week, including both free and paid designs. Our creations focus mostly on functional designs, but true to our motto of “Always Experimenting” we look forward to trying different types of designs from time to time and see what you think of them.
