Shave and Misbehave

Shave and Misbehave: A Stylish **3D Model for Your Shaving Essentials**. Alien Pod Shot Glass Holder

This Alien Pod Shot Glass Holder uses a Twisted Shotz, 30ml shot glass and, as it turns out, allows for just over an inch of space at the bottom of the glass without affecting the way the glass fits into the holder, so you can have crushed ice under your shot glass when it's inside this holder. I may still design an Alien tray for more than one of these, but technically, it isn't necessary. The Alien Pod is  a remix and was originally from the following source:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4423636. It was designed to hold pencils. I think it works for shots and pencils myself.

Gridfinity SD Card Holder, 18 slot, 3x1

**18 capacity, 3x1 Gridfinity, SD card holder. **

Didn't like the tight spacings and stair-stepped designs I found before, so I made my own. 
All slots are uniform height, alternated for ease of access and intended to be just wide enough to read labels if you're like me and have tons of project cards that need to be identified quickly.

Intended to be used in a 3x1 3D printer sidecar holder. I've included a modified version of Voidstar Lab's Anycubic Chiron sidecar that fits this.

Y-axis motor mount

On my Voxelab Aquila X2, the y-axis mount melted, because most likely I set the wrong current to the motor. The shape of the carriage had to be changed, slightly to make it necessary to use less support. The holes are not symmetrically located, just like on the original part. That's how it should be. I printed in the position shown in the last photo. 

The carriage is made of sixth grade nylon with 30 percent glass filling.

I recommend printing with 35% triangle infill and 3 perimeters. Layer height 0.2 mm

Pen Holder (Creality Cloud Tool)


This was a quick test of the built-in maker tool and Slicer for this simple (not so simple) pen holder. start to finish was to try out the capacity of the maker tool on the phone, which worked a treat, and while fast, responsive, and easy to use allowed me to make something to a reasonably high standard. The built in Slicer on the mobile app worked the same as my PC with the default settings on a K1 it printed in 2h 50m with a filament change a few layers in when I ran out of white. There was some minor wisping of the new filament but completely untouched non Creality filament printed very well. There is some ghosting in this part due to the speed of the k1 and some known of firmware bugs, but for literally plug and play from a mobile you couldn't ask for much easier or better of a result in my opinion. This is well worth a print imo and is something I'm sure I'll make more of in future.
