On my Voxelab Aquila X2, the y-axis mount melted, because most likely I set the wrong current to the motor. The shape of the carriage had to be changed, slightly to make it necessary to use less support. The holes are not symmetrically located, just like on the original part. That's how it should be. I printed in the position shown in the last photo.

The carriage is made of sixth grade nylon with 30 percent glass filling.

I recommend printing with 35% triangle infill and 3 perimeters. Layer height 0.2 mm
