I wanted to use an off the shelf Y-Axis belt tensioner for my CR-10S S5. The stock mount is difficult to keep aligned and tension as it is not mounted on a rail like on other printers. Making the mount to tall will cause the bed to run into the mount so the belt tensioner you use needs to keep that in mind. Links to the parts I used in this build: I also needed to replace the gear on the tensioner to accomodate the wider belt on the CR-10S S5.
