Remix this to fit my Eryone Thinker S Stepper mount, should fit most generic X-Axis steppers.  Change the head to work with my Camera and allow for led lights. Change the clamps to work with Z-ties or the printed ones.

Articulated Camera Mount (Remix with Eryone Thinker S mount)

This is a design in progress.

Once finished. it will have WLED controlled board in the base and addressable LEDs in the lamp itself.  It is designed to clip on to the Headboard of the bed itself.

I printed this with Wood PLA, so currently I'm working on staining the prints to match the headboard color before soldering and assembling the unit.

This is a remix of the filament holder for the printer Eryone Thinker Series. You can take over the original parts from your printer.

I remix this as I want to use some 625ZZ bearings (5x16x5mm) I had and want have the grip on both sides with some holes for style.

Built this Toolhead to meet my requirements of using a Sherpa Mini Extruder with a solid mounted Dragon Hot End, Dual 5015 blowers and a linear rail.  Wanted to have it easily printable and keep the weight as close to the linear rail as possible.  My setup has nothing blocked the left and right side of the printer...so decide to mount the blower low and parallel to the rail (bonus, looks like eyes of a Dragon head).  I also wanted to keep the direct drive extruder close to the hot end.

Machine parts.
 - Dragon HotEnd (SF or HF)
 - Sherpa Mini Extruder
 - 2 x 5015 Blower Fan
 - 1 x 4010, 4015 or 4020 Fan

Hardware
 - 1 x 17mm cut PTFE Tube for between extruder and hotend
 - 1 x 35mm or longer cut PTFE Tube for between extruder and cable management
 - 4 x M3 6mm for mounting to linear rail
 - 2 x M3 20mm for 5015 blower mount main body
 - 2 x M3 16mm for 5015 blower mount fan duct
 - 2 x M3 16mm with washer and nuts for mounting Sherpa to main body.
 - 2 x M3 16mm that came with the Sherpa Mini for mounting Stepper motor and Cable management
 - 2 x M2.5 16mm with nuts that came with BL Touch for mount touch sensor.
 - 4 x M2.5 8mm that came with Dragon HotEnd for mounting the hotend to the body.
 - 2 x M3 16-24mm for mount fan depending on depth (top screws)

Fan Duct mount.
Option 1
 - 2 x M3 16-24mm for mount fan depending on depth (top screws)
 - 2 x M3 12mm for mounting Fan duct to main body
 - 2-2.5mm solid wire approx 40-45mm long (used old coat hanger) for aligning fan mounts to main body
Option 2 
- 2 x M3 or M2.5 70mm bolts with nuts, you can mount the fan ducts all the way without the coat hanger.

Remixed this designed this to be able fit my stock hotend on to a linear rail.  I also redesigned the fan ducts to get better overhang cooling (WIP).  

The X offset can be adjusted to account for minor alignment issues due to installation offset of the linear rail or carriage may have added. 

Their is a Y Axis Offset that pressure fits to the bed to offset it forward to re-center the hotend, this can be set to 2.5, 5, 7.5 or 10mm depending where you align it with the Y End stop.

Updates June 6, 2021:
1. Updated E3DV6_Fan_duct_right.stl and E3DV6_Fan_duct_left.stl based on testing with Dragon Hotend.

Updates June 30, 2021:
1. Change Common_Base_plate_lower.stl to have more support between to stop bending on the X Axis belt tension and add space for E3D V6 and Dragon Hotend block heater.
2. Add new Dragon_Base_plate_upper.stl to have bracket to stop rotation of hotend when removing nozzle when cold. (still testing) All other E3D V6 parts will work with Dragon hotend when using the E3D style next vs direct mount.

Configurable length camera for mount either to the X Axis Gantry or any Aluminum 2020 extrusion on a Eryone Thinker Series printer (may work for other brands with similar fames).

The joint arms slide together in order to be able hit the cable inside, should support up to a 5mm in diameter cable.

Camera used was from Amazon, which I solder LEDs for extra lighting.

I like this PSU Fan Shroud and remixed this as I want the logo to be inset instead of raised and to have the logo and font have the correct aspect ratio.  I made variations of it with both raised and inset and with out the text, in hide site I would probably just gone with the logo version.

I designed these to replace my garden path lights I bought at home depot that get broken due to people stepping on them.  The light cover was designed for my specific nano lighting I purchase from Home Depot.  However I've included the 'step' file of the design, for anyone that wants to retro fit them to another light type.

I Remixed this as I want to be able to use M3 nuts to fasten the Head to the adaptor and want to allow for some horizontal adjustment for the head...incase the X offset is slightly off.

I also made the Y Axis offset adaptor to be adjustable in 2.5mm increments, it just pressure clips on, so no parts required.

Eryone Thinker Filament Runout

Real simple redesign to extend this for the Eryone Thinker to clear the circuit board on the extruder side of the gantry, also add a top ring to make it easier to align.

Hardware required was 12 M3x16mm (12mm may work) screws and some washers\lock nut for the screw attached to gantry.

Really quick simple design for mounting the ADXL345 Accelerometer to my Eryone Thinker Series printer for tuning with Klipper.  

Require 2 x M3 6mm, 2 x M3 8mm (for bed mount) & 2 x M3 16mm or equivalent for head mount.

It supports LED with cut separation of approx. 34mm and 17mm apart, the channel is 10mm wide, there is a space to slide the shields in, they are tight and bit hard to slide in, but they work.  Not a lot of space, so you will need cut and solder the leds to make the corners.
