It supports LED with cut separation of approx. 34mm and 17mm apart, the channel is 10mm wide, there is a space to slide the shields in, they are tight and bit hard to slide in, but they work. Not a lot of space, so you will need cut and solder the leds to make the corners.

Has support for using M3 screws if you want to secure it to the frame, I made custom T-Nut from the OpenSCAD from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3495698
