All these parts just snap together, no glue required. You may have to lightly sand the window edges to take the sharp edge off from the print bed interface.

This is my first attempt at a blender model.
it will require scaling up to print and you will have to slightly rotate the model so the front fins touch the build plate and the tail is in the air.

May have to split the model for printing but this is for a future project.

Fortnite Impulse grenade night light.


The light pipes will snap through the sphere and the node covers screw down fixing them all together, this worked well on my Prusa MK3 only requiring a little fileing to correct some of the hole sizes.

Once assembled mask of the clear light inserts, undercoat and paint.

Usig a Trinket and neopixels to create some lighting effects.

Fortnite Impulse Grenade Light

The original parts https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3096789 had many overhangs and areas requiring support, making the print very difficult. I have greatly reduced (not totally removed) the majority of this making for a cleaner print. I have also change the shaft diameter to allow a 36mm shaft to fit and thus updated the collar well.

In another remix I have also updated the wheels for the bottom.

The cardboard hand grips for the Labo robot don't grip to the cords very well and are uncomfortable to use.

These Handles allow the spare cord to be wound around an internal bobbin and tied off securely.
The cord fed through easily for me but you may want to use a thin strip of wire to pull them through.

Handgrips need to be printed in flexible filament - depending on the filament you are using, you are going to have to experiment with the settings for the infill and perimeters.

The whole print requires no supports and prints off cleanly.
Tolerances have been allowed for on the thread and the hand grip sleeve so if your printers accurate no adjustments should be required.

I printed the handle & bobbin in PLA and the grips in Fillamentum Flexfill 98A - However I think a lower shore hardness is required for a softer feel.

Dust filter with bowden clamping

Created a set of wheels that spin freely and accept a 37mm Dia shaft.
The wheels require a >60mm HEX M6 BOLT and Locking Nut with a couple of washers to place between the hub and the wheels.

These have been designed from scratch but the rest of the axe is based on the JEONCSs design but heavily modified to reduce support material around the harness and to allow it to accept a 37mm shaft.

Nerf Laser Ops AlphaPoint Holder

My son required a headphone hook and asked for a Wallace and Gromit  inspired hook so challenge accepted. 

Searching through Thingivers I found Robert Hagstroms model and didn't expect a lot due to its size and was expecting to use it more as a guide / template. However on importing this tiny model into Fusion 360 I found its an extremely detailed part which allowed me to scale it up without loosing any features. Hats off to you Robert this model is perfect.
I then set to slicing Gromits head off and and re-angling it to allow for a pair of headphones to sit on without sliding off, I then added two wall hooking points and done.

As you will see from the slicer image I didn't quite get my scaling correct and had to print it at 97% to allow it to fit my print bed.

My spool is 24mm diameter so Aravons part didn't fit.

As in my pictures I find the spacers fit better over the T bar of the holder, this allows you to slide them to adjust the amount of width being used to better stabilise the reel whilest not being tight.
Created both a 22mm and 44mm spacer, just slide them around to fit.
