12oz Mini Nuke - Fallout 4 Can Cup!

This model is restricted by licensing terms.

This design is inspired by the Mini Nukes from Fallout 4 and is a fun way to hold your 12oz Beverages! A fun and silly can koozie for your soda, pop, soda pop, seltzers, and beer enjoyment! NOW INCLUDING A NOSE CONE! The new add-on turns the Mini-Nuke into a display model or storage box! (Plug and Nose Cone are available separately for those who already downloaded this design previously.)

This design is LARGE as the design required to really get the full effect. The handled version is 166.80mm wide by 140mm wide by 159.50mm Tall. Make sure your print volume can fit it! The diameter of the main body is 116mm so the Handle-Less version isn't for small hands.

Fits standard 66mm 12oz cans. Also features a bottom hole to help push the empty can out and allow air to escape while installing the can.

  • UPDATES (05/30/2021):
    • Added "Nose Cone" file so you can use the design as a more complete display!
    • Added a "Plug" to cover the hole in the bottom so it can be used as a storage box.

  • INCLUDED FILES:
    • Handled Version
    • Handle-Less Version
    • CAD STEP File to see the designs and learn.

  • PRINT PARAMETERS:
    • No Supports Required for the Cup.
    • "Nose Cone" requires support on outer brim edge, but not in the middle.
    • 3 Perimeters minimum Recommended
    • 15-25% Infill Recommended

Mine was printed in "Army Green" Jessie PLA from Printed Solid.

I love this thing. Thanks for the design. Printed on a de-Elegoo’d Neptune 4 Pro with Zyltech Dark Green PLA.
A few minor modifications to separate out key elements and then apply the ol' ERCF!!
Insert from same author printed in translucent green resin on epax printer. Will add inverted switch and led so it lights up when lifted out
The no handle nuke!

I made an account just so I can come and say that your work is amazing. Love the MiniNuke Cup design! Thank you so much for sharing your efforts. I will follow you on Instagram.

Nope, neither design requires support. On somewhat unstable machines it may help improve the bridging and handle quality but I've never printed one with any supports.

This is amazing work! Does the version with a handle need supports to print?

Are you by chance making a version of this for 16oz cans? I see your Kyle kup and 10mm go to 16, but i prefer this design, Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't know. I'm working on bottle specific designs but bottles vary WILDLY in size and shape so they are proving extremely difficult to accommodate. As well as being hard to get a tight fit.

what would you scale this to , to be able to hold say a bottle
