CardDock Double Deck - Auto-aligning Card Double Deck Holder and Case

This model is restricted by licensing terms.

This is the double-deck version of my original CardDock. It is a unique card cradle that automatically aligns the cards once they are dropped on the CardDock. The CardDock is also a card case so you have somewhere to keep your deck of cards safe when not in use. A selection of external hard cases are included to protect the CardDock and Cards for safekeeping.

The lid can be snapped onto the underside of the CareDock to lift the CardDock up off the playing surface away from spilled drinks and dirt.

This CardDock is made for Standard playing cards (poker/casino) (double deck) approximately 2.5 in. (64 mm) wide by 3.5 in. (89 mm) long and 104 cards stacking to a height of about 1.25 in. (32 mm) high.

100% printed - no hardware, fasteners, or adhesives required. No support is required.

Revisions and Updates I occasionally update and revise my designs. When I do, I’ll document the changes here. Check back periodically for the latest revision notes or if you’re experiencing any issues with a model.

2025-05-11: I have revised the tilting Side and End parts to make them lighter. The original posted parts had more material which meant more cards were needed to activate the CardDock. Now fewer cards are needed. I have also revised the TPU Bumpers and Covers so that they will stack a little bit. They do not interlock but rather gently nest so that if you have multiple sets you can stack them and hopefully they will stay in place.

This worked great for two decks of cards. Since it's a game we like to bring to breweries and the like we sleeved the cards. This makes the cards too big and too thick for this specific model's dimensions. I have the new measurements needed if you could make a new model please?

Paul B
logicalplanet

Yes, send me the dimensions, but did you look? I have already posted many other sizes, including for sleeved cards.

Thank you for offering, The MTG - version TA is really close to what I need. It's slightly wider and it higher (this is good). I'm going to give it a go first before I send over new dimensions.

Could you make one to handle Catan Cards? 54mm x 80mm.

Paul B

How thick is the deck?

Smity

Are the bumpers only for the reinforced sleeve or can they be used for the simple sleeve as well?

Paul B
logicalplanet

No, just for the rugged sleeve. The bumpers need the lip on the rugged sleeve to stay on.

How about the UNO No Mercy deck? It has 168 cards and not the standard 108 cards of UNO. Thank you

Any chance you could size one up to 5 decks of standard playing cards plus jokers. I help a number of seniors who play hand and foot with 4 folks. That takes 5 decks. If not I can combine 2 cards decks and 1 card deck but the seniors tend to lose thing and 1 is better than 3.

Wow, if you want to test it, I will make it for you. Please email me at logicalplanet3d gmail.com. I have made 3 deck version but it is pushing the limits for sure.

Can you explain what you mean? The cover, or the sleeve? And perhaps post a photo or two.
