Larger Coupler Version of pierrot93300's Davinci Pro PTFE Fix

The coupler with my Davinci Pro 1.0 3-in-1 printer must've been larger as it did not fit the orignal thing. I modified his/her original part by ~3mm. Coupler still snaps in and is held securely.
